We are excited your group is interested in volunteering at the 2014 Out in the Park!

Our volunteer shifts and descriptions are listed below. 
Set-Up: 6:30am - 9:30am
This shift will be heavy lifting, off-loading tables and chairs, helping with stage set-up, helping with RC booth set up, some assisting with vendor set-up. Additionally decorations will start here. 

Set-Up: 9:00am - 12:00pm
This shift will have some heavy lifting, especially related to assisting vendors with set-up. This shift will also be helping direct vendors to locations, work on decorations, and finalize RC booth set-up. 

During Event: 12:00pm - 3:00pm
This shift volunteers will be needed as greeters, helping at the RC booth, runners, children's area staff, recycling area staff, first aid booth staff, and much more.

During Event: 2:30pm - 5:00pm 
This shift volunteers will be needed as greeters, helping at the RC booth, runners, children's area staff, recycling area staff, first aid booth staff, and much more.

Tear Down: 5:00pm - 7:00pm
This is an extremely important shift! This shift will need volunteers for both heavy lifting and general needs. Volunteers will be helping vendors move tables to a central location, making sure the festival area is clean of garbage, helping with stage tear down, decoration tear down, and much more.
