The Role
Some nights are better when you know exactly who you want beside you. As a Gayla Table Captain, you’ll reserve a table for ten and fill it with friends, family, colleagues, or community members you want to share the evening with. You bring the people; we’ll take care of creating a night worth gathering for.

Invite Your People
Bring together nine guests you want at your table and encourage them to secure their seats for the evening, and act as an ambassador for Rainbow Center’s Mission & Programming.

On sale September 15
Guest names and meal selections must be submitted by October 31, 2026; any meal choice submitted after this date cannot be guaranteed. Table Captains are responsible for ensuring all ten seats at their table are registered by the deadline. Any unfilled seats after October 31 cannot be guaranteed and do not reduce the cost of a reserved table.
Do I have to pay for the entire table?
No. As a Table Captain, you are committing to filling a table of ten, but each of your guests can purchase their own ticket individually.
Who can I invite to my table?
Anyone you want to share the evening with! Invite friends, family, colleagues, clients, community partners, or anyone who would enjoy Gayla and wants to support Rainbow Center.
How do my guests make sure they are seated at my table?
If you’re purchasing the table in full, we’ll send you a custom RSVP link to share with your guests. If your guests are purchasing individually, make sure they add your full name or group name in the “Group Name” field of their purchase.
